The Steering Committee of the Project “ACT!Acting for Dependent People” met for the second time in Limburg, Germany, between the 7th and 9th of May 2014. The meeting was hosted by the German Partner ISIS, Institute for Social Infrastructure, at the premises of the Limburg Municipality. The main objective of the meeting was to share and discuss the outcomes of the first milestone achieved within the project: a benchmark study on the relations between formal and informal care in seven european regions. On the basis of such findings, the partnership is now moving on to the next phase of the project: developing training and support tools for informal carers.
